Rights to our extraordinarily special and private beach lot (approximately 100 sq meters with good frontage) will be conveyed along with the property. The beach is less than an hour’s drive from the ranch, over dirt roads which will eventually be paved making for a quicker trip. Still it makes a lovely evening drive to get their in time to watch the sunset and perhaps enjoy and small fire and a skinny dip.
The lot is in a protected area for wildlife and cannot be built upon, but is great for camping trips, fishing, and day trips to the beach. Someday the zoning may change, we’ve been told, to allow for a beach house.
To be clear, this is what is known as “pre-concession property”, so what you are being granted is the right to become a deeded owner if and when zoning permits concessions to be granted – at which point building would be allowed. In the meantime, “owners” are encouraged to maintain and improve their lots.
